PROBABILISTIC FLUTTER ANALYSIS AND RISK ASSESSMENT OF AN AIRFOIL

In this paper we use the Monte Carlo simulation to quantify uncertainties of airfoil. Through probabilistic flutter analysis we get the PDF of flutter speed, then we assess the risk of flutter.We carry out probabilistic sensitivity analysis to define the key value that acutely influences the flutter speed.
