The On-demand Special Use Airspace (SUA) concept allows the military to strategically and tactically plan for up-to-the-minute SUA usage on a flight level basis. Interactive Dynamic Flight Lists allow for contingency plans around SUA – this does not rely on direct airline-to-controller voice communication for expressing user preferences into flight planning.
