Open aviation area treaty between EU-27 and the US went into effect on March 30, 2008. Faced with economic slowdown and unprecedented fuel price-led costs, uncertain factors apriori, have dampened the effects of OAA. We offer a framework that combines earlier parametric approach with uncertainty in demand estimation and forecasts.
