The Federal Aviation Administration developed the North Atlantic Simulation (NATSIM) model to help stakeholders evaluate potential changes to policies, procedures, and technologies in North Atlantic airspace.  The system dynamics model can be used to forecast the effects of these changes on future air traffic and Air Navigation Service Provider revenues.
