The APECS tool was developed at MITRE/CAASD to address a requirement for accurate aircraft performance data. APECS can perform daily automated evaluations of flight track data, currently focused on the OEP airports. The data is merged with ETMS and weather data to provide an overview of conditions affecting performance.
