Keywords: MODELLING AIRLINE ROUTING AND SCHEDULING, AIRPORT CAPACITY CONSTRAINTS

A model is developed that predicts airline network routing and scheduling under airport capacity constraints. It maximises system profit subject to inputs from endogenous models of flight delay, passenger demand, airline economics, and airline routing and scheduling. The model is applied to a network of airports in the United States.
