This paper addresses the lack of methodological approaches for technology evaluation and selection withrespect to operations at underutilized airports. A methodology is described to develop a ?exible, robust and scenario-based decision support environment for the evaluation and selection of operational concepts, technologies and equipment under economic and performance criteria.
