This paper describes a simulation study of conflict resolution in air traffic management where aircraft regularly broadcast their state and the computation of conflict resolution is distributed among the aircraft. The architecture of the simulator and the real-time conflict resolution algorithms are described, together with results from extensive simulation studies.
