The Crew Resource Management (CRM) Behavior Analysis Questionnaire (CBAQ) was developed to detect threats and errors affecting “mission” flight operations such as rescue and patrol, and to identify essential factors by introducing CRM skills. The CBAQ responses collected, were analyzed by a combination of text and data mining methods.
