PIV FLOW MEASUREMENTS FOR A HIGH LIFT AIRFOIL WITH LEADING EDGE ICE

PIV measurements were performed on a high lift airfoil with leading edge ice. The airfoil is representative for a modern airliner. The flow field was recorded by three PIV cameras, covering almost the full upper surface flow at once. The measurements were performed at several pre and post stall incidences.
