A physical model, called Flight Thrust Deck, of the F100 turbofan based on engine parameters measurements during F16 flights is presented. Such a model can be used to open the flight envelope for new “uncleared” aircraft configurations and is mandatory when developing and testing new methodologies for engine monitoring.
