A study of aerodynamic characteristics of an airfoil with flap was made. Consequences of different kinds of contamination of airfoil were examined – leading-edge ice accretion and ice accretion caused by supercooled large droplets. The studied cases were computed by the flow solver and then measured in the low-speed wind tunnel.
