An advanced method of high-order multi-block fluid computation with the generalized characteristic interface conditions (GCIC) is newly proposed and realized. The large eddy simulation (LES) with the GCIC is applied to solve a realistic flow problem around complex geometry such as a two-dimensional aerofoil with a high-lift device.
