The aim of the research is the development of a tool that automatically generates a nonlinear flight mechanics model of a Blended Wing Body aircraft within a Multidisciplinary Design Optimization framework. The purpose of the model is to assess controllability in the conceptual design phase via desktop and piloted simulation.
