NLR has designed a special non scarring construction for installation of a 60 kgs. camera in the NLR Cessna Citation nose. Aspects like structural strength, metal fatigue and air loads were considered relative to FAR 25. The EASA Part 145 certified NLR Research Aircraft Technical Operations modified the aircraft.
