For the principle and engineering model machines of airborne electro-optical systems or equipment, no matter how perfect or successful their designs and ground-based tests are, the practical performance and status of their systems could not finally be determined without verifying flight tests. By joining the engineering model machine with a type airplane, the key techniques of the system integration and synthesis could be really verified under airborne conditions, and the function and performance of the systems could be efficiently reflected and estimated.
