SMALL LEADING-EDGE FLAP FOR POST-STALL FLOW CONTROL ON A 45-DEG DELTA WING

This paper will discuss the effects of a small leading-edge flap on rolling moment for a 45-deg delta wing. Balance tests and flow visualization tests were carried out to examine the performance of flap, and corresponding flow mechanism in high angle-of-attack regime.
