Japanese Aircraft Industries' capacity and capability are introduced, in which their recent manufacturing activities are addressed. They make efforts to attain high performance on Quality, Cost and Delivery to be world class manufacturers. The efforts of concurrent engineering, lean manufacturing, total quality management and R&D are introduced.
