The interaction of aerodynamic and structural forces on a 2-D rectangular wing section oscillating in pitch is studied at transonic flow. The investigations include self-sustained as well as forced oscillations and are based on the simultaneously measured aerodynamic forces and surface pressures while the wing section is in motion.
