DESIGN RULES FOR A CFRP OUTER WING

Design rules for composite components are an effective method for design engineers. The process of setting up and verifying design rules for the CFRP-components are explained by taking bolted joints and stability for ribs as an example. Analytical calculation methods and a comparison with experiments in particular are addressed here.
