The Congress programme was developed. All authors should have gotten an email with their paper status on 31th Oct.
If some orally accepted author cancels his/her paper we will inform the next standby author right away, so please refrain from asking the secretariat for a status change
There were some abstracts where the status changed from poster to oral or standby, because the programme committee found them worth to be presented orally or they would fit well into a session. If your abstract was affected by this decision and you still want 'just' present it as a poster please let us know, then a standby could move up to that slot.
During the confirmation process we had a few withdrawals, so as a standby author you might get a mail informing you that your paper is now an oral presentation.
When you LogIn on the upload page with the data provided in your acceptance mail you can change every information except the title. If you request changes to your paper title like misspellings please do that specifically in an email to the secretariat referring, as always, to your paper ID.
A template is provided for the preparation of your paper, use this to prepare your paper according to the Call for papers requirements.
A template and a guideline for all interactive presentations (posters) are also online. Be advised that you upload a "paper" version of your presentation on our upload page since we cannot include powerpoint presentations in printed congress proceedings. The procedure to provide your presenetation will be announced shortly.
You'll find an actual version of the congress programme online. Please do not adjust your travel plans according to the information out of this programme because it might change till the congress itself.
