Call for Papers ICAS 2014 St Petersburg, Russia
If you submitted an abstract for the 2014 congress you should have gotten an E-mail informing you about the status of your abstract.
If you were accepted, you'll find all the necessary information in this E-mail about how to proceed till the congress and also access data for your personal paper account.
With this Login Data you can change all relevant data by yourself except the title, because that title was accepted by our PC. So contact us with that kind of requests only if you have a very good reason to change your paper's title.
Also check frequently our website about updates concerning the registration process.
Due to the fact that some mails were send out inaccurate we contacted those authors who were affected.
However if you got an obviously wrong mail (e.g. informing you that you were orally accepted although you submitted as a poster) please contact the secretariat. And since we also had a few undeliverable mails please contact us if you didn't received a mail with the result of our abstract review.
We also encourage everyone who submitted a poster abstract to step up to become a standby oral presentation. If you wish to do that please also contact the secretariat.
For those who were accepted as standby papers, there is normally quite a chance that some people won't show up for the congress or withdraw their papers earlier.
Since we cannot give any estimate about the chance of standby papers to become orally presented papers, we also encourage all standby authors to prepare their paper as a poster, so that he/she can present his work to the visitors no matter what the "final"status of his/her paper will be.
Please ensure that your contact data are correct all the times and inform us if any changes occur, e.g. that you no longer want to present as oral / standy or as poster. Only then we can inform those people who would fill in that slot.
If the status of your abstract/paper changes you'll get an E-Mail notification. If you are unsure of the status please contact the secretariat.
If your abstract is accepted as a paper you'll find a Word template to get it into the proper format.
